Are the beanie and scarf really free?
Yes. With every launch offer that includes gloves you get a thermal beanie and tube scarf at no extra charge. This applies to the launch only, while stocks last.
Thermo 3.0 or PolarTherm 2.0 – which one suits me?
The Thermo 3.0 is made for 0 to 10 °C: wind- and water-repellent, with ThermoCore fleece, 15% thicker than its predecessor. The PolarTherm 2.0 keeps you warm down to –10 °C, is 100% waterproof and has a 2 cm longer cuff with a hook-and-loop closure. If you ride in all weather, take the all-weather set with both.
Which size do I need?
For the gloves, measure the width of your palm at its widest point, without the thumb, and check the size chart on this page. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Thermo Set and Fleece Zipper are available from S to XXXL in a regular fit, the Thermo Socks in 36–40 and 41–46.
Which layer do I need at which temperature?
From about 10 °C, Thermo Set and Thermo 3.0 are usually enough. When it gets colder, the Fleece Zipper goes under your jacket, and below 0 °C you switch to the PolarTherm 2.0, plus thermal beanie and tube scarf.
How fast does my order arrive and what if something doesn't fit?
We ship with DHL, your order arrives in 1–3 days. If something doesn't fit, you have a 30-day right of return, and exchanges are free.
Can I return the gloves?
Yes, no worries. You can try the gloves out in peace for 30 days. If the size doesn't fit, we exchange them free of charge. If you don't like them, you get your money back. Just send them back to us clean and as good as new in the original packaging.
