Frequently Asked Questions
When is my credit unlocked?
32 days after your order is dispatched – that is the 30-day return period plus two days in transit. You'll receive an email as soon as the credit is in your account.
How long is my credit valid?
12 months from unlocking. Unused credit then expires without replacement.
How do I redeem my credit?
Log in when ordering with your email address – you'll get a code, no password. At checkout you choose “Apply store credit” and the amount is deducted.
Do I have to log in?
No. You collect credit automatically via the email address of your order. You only need to log in if you want to redeem it or see your balance.
Do I earn credit on gift cards?
No. Purchasing gift cards earns no credit; however, redeeming a gift card counts as a normal order.
Do orders from before the program launch count?
No. Only orders from the program launch onward are counted.
What happens if I return an order after I have already redeemed credit?
The credit for the returned order is deducted again, at most up to the amount we had credited you for it. A negative balance does not arise.
Terms of Participation
As of: program launch – the date will be set before launch. The Alpensattel Club is the bonus program of Alpensattel GmbH for orders on alpensattel.de. Participation is free of charge and runs automatically via the email address of your order. Orders placed before the program launch do not count.
Credit
You receive 5% of the goods value – after deduction of discounts, excluding shipping costs. Purchasing gift cards earns no credit. The credit is unlocked 32 days after dispatch and is valid for 12 months from unlocking. Cash payout or transfer is not possible.
Returns
If an order is returned, the associated credit is deducted again, at most up to the amount credited – a negative balance does not arise.
Additional Credit
Birthday credit (€5) requires a date of birth stored in your account. Credit for reviews and referrals is credited after verification.
Misuse and Changes
In the event of manipulation, multiple accounts or misuse, we may cancel credit and exclude accounts from the program. We may amend or end the program with effect for the future; credit that has already been unlocked remains unaffected.
