- Fill in the B2B request form or write directly to b2b@alpensattel.de with the models and quantities you want.
- Within 24 hours you will receive an individual quote with your B2B terms.

Is there a minimum order value or quantity?
We prepare quotes individually — volume discount, shipping and payment term depend on order quantity, model mix and reorders. Terms are set out in the binding quote.
Which payment methods are available?
Prepayment: bank transfer in advance, shipping after payment is received.
Invoice: payment within the agreed period after receiving the goods (established business customers, subject to a credit check).
Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
PayPal: incl. buyer protection.
SEPA direct debit (EU) and instalment payments for larger orders on request.
How fast is delivery?
Standard shipping: 2–4 working days in Germany, 3–6 working days in the EU. Express shipping available for urgent orders. For large orders we deliver directly to multiple locations at no extra charge on request.

How do returns work for B2B orders?
B2B customers also have a 30-day right of return on unused goods in their original packaging. For larger orders we are happy to arrange a sample saddle for testing before the main order — so we avoid returns.
