How do I know my saddle should be replaced?

Typical signs are a torn cover, compressed padding, creaking, pressure points or a saddle that never really fitted. A bent rail is a safety risk: stop using the saddle. If your Alpensattel is damaged, report it with photos under Report a defective product.

How do I change my bike saddle?

Loosen the clamp bolt on the seat post, remove the old saddle, fit the new one and set height and tilt before tightening the bolt again. Step by step with pictures: Mount your bike saddle.

How long does the replacement check take?

About 45 seconds. You answer 5 short questions: which saddle you ride, visible damage, age, how it feels right now and fit.

Can I keep my saddle?

Do I need to replace my saddle?
