Find your invoice
Your invoice is in the order confirmation you received by email right after your purchase. At the very top of the email you'll find the download link.
Download your invoice yourself
All you need is our email. The link is right at the beginning.
- 1 Open your inbox and search for "Alpensattel". Check the spam folder too.
- 2 Open the order confirmation. It arrived right after your order.
- 3 The download button for the invoice is near the top of the email.
- 4 Click the link, the invoice opens as a PDF.
The email attachment only contains the T&Cs and the right of withdrawal notice. The invoice itself is behind the link in the text.
Email gone?
No problem, we'll send you the invoice again.
- 1 Open the contact form.
- 2 State your order number. It starts with AS.
- 3 Briefly write that you need the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
I can't find the invoice in the attachment.
It's not in the attachment but as a download link in the text of the order confirmation, right at the start. In the attachment you'll only find the T&Cs and the right of withdrawal notice.
When do I get the invoice?
Together with the order confirmation, i.e. immediately after your order.
I ordered via Amazon, where is my invoice?
You'll find your invoice directly in your account with the respective marketplace.
Ordered through a marketplace?You always find the invoice for an Amazon order directly in your Amazon account, not here. The same goes for all other marketplaces.
