89 %less pressure on the perineum
Pressure on the sit bones, not the perineum.
Pressure measured on the saddle surface: on a standard saddle the load sits right in the perineal area. On the Sport PRO you sit on your sit bones and the perineum stays free.

The Alpensattel 3.0 Sport PRO: Developed Based on Feedback from 800,000 Customers
You know the feeling: after an hour on the bike, the saddle starts to press. You sit crooked, slide back and forth — and in the end, you’re more relieved that the ride is over than enjoying the ride itself. It’s not your fitness. It’s the saddle.
The Alpensattel 3.0 Sport PRO wasn’t just refreshed — we completely rebuilt it. With redesigned 3D Memory Foam+ and a Pressure-Balance insert that ensures your sit bones don’t sink too deep and stabilizes your sitting position. To ensure better durability, we reinforced the outer material by 21%, welded the seams (100% waterproof), and made the saddle nose slimmer. The slimmer saddle nose also reduces friction on the thighs.
Pressure-Balance Gel Insert Including Reinforced 3D Memory Foam+
We completely redeveloped the interior of the Alpensattel 3.0 PRO. The 3D Memory Foam+ is now firmer — it yields without sagging. Additionally, we installed a Pressure-Balance hard gel insert that specifically stabilizes the sit bones and prevents them from sinking too deep. Because the deeper the sit bones sink, the more the surrounding nerves get irritated.
The result: not too soft, not too hard — the perfect balance for pain-free riding on any route.
100% Waterproof — Seams Welded, Not Sewn
Rain shouldn’t be a reason to leave your bike behind. The Alpensattel 3.0 PRO is 100% waterproof — the seams are welded, not open. No damp saddle, no mold, no loss of shape. Just ride in any weather.
Outer Material Reinforced by 21% Compared to the Previous Model
The new outer material is noticeably more robust — it doesn’t stretch, tear, or lose its shape. Built for everyday riders who don’t want to replace their saddle every two years. The materials are extremely durable, sweat-resistant, and breathable, so you won’t get sweaty even on intense rides.
Slimmer Saddle Nose — Less Friction
The narrower saddle nose noticeably reduces contact with the thighs. Anyone who rides longer distances knows the uncomfortable feeling after 40 km. With the Sport PRO, that’s gone — for unrestricted riding pleasure even on long rides.
The Alpensattel 3.0 Sport PRO: Your Choice for a Pain-Free Ride
It’s time to do something good for your seat and your back. The Alpensattel 3.0 Sport PRO is much more than just a saddle — it’s our best saddle yet.
