Delivery time: We ship our products from our warehouse in Leipzig with DHL within 1-3 working days.
Free shipping in Germany on orders over €40. Shipping costs €2.90 for orders under €40.
For Austria and the Netherlands, shipping costs €4.90.
For Switzerland, shipping costs 6.95 CHF.
Exchanges for other sizes or in case of defects are free. We charge €3.90 for a DHL return label in Germany.
For returns from Austria / the Netherlands we charge €7.90.

A special highlight of the Premium Thermal Cycling Gloves 2.0 is the integrated touchscreen function. It lets you operate your smartphone or tablet with the gloves on – without getting cold hands!

🧤 Care & Durability
This is how your Alpensattel gloves stay in top shape for a long time:
Washing:
- Hand wash or machine wash at max. 30°C, gentle cycle
- No fabric softener – it destroys the water-repellent coating
- Never use a tumble dryer – shape by hand and air dry at room temperature
Maintaining water repellency:
- After 5–10 washes, re-treat with a DWR waterproofing spray (e.g. Nikwax or Grangers)
- This is normal for all weatherproof textile gloves
Durability:
- Alpensattel gloves are designed for intensive use
- With proper care they last several seasons

We stand behind our products. If your glove has a manufacturing defect (torn seams, material defects), we will replace it free of charge.
Here's what to do:
- Write to us via the contact form with a photo of the defect + your order number
- We'll check and get back to you within 24h (Mon–Fri)
- For a confirmed manufacturing defect: free replacement, no return needed
