Do I need to measure anything or have prior knowledge?
No. The questions are written so you can answer them without prior knowledge. You don't have to measure anything: sit bone width and hand width are optional.
Do I really get a personal recommendation?
Yes. Every answer is weighted into the recommendation. For saddles, gloves and equipment you get a matching model with the reasons behind it. The checks give you steps you can check on your bike yourself.
What if I don't want to buy a new saddle?

Which glove for which temperature?
